Seagrove Beach is in the middle of everything. There is a huge range of local restaurants, local businesses and shops and is an ideal place to cycle to nearby locations of Seaside, Watercolor or Grayton Beach.
An unplanned community just over 2 miles long, Seagrove has the only high rise along the entire length of 30A.It is a mixture of old Florida and band new housing and a lot in between.
The are numerous beach access points, more than any other along 30A.
A village market and an award winning cafe combined with the laid back style, makes this community a great place to live and work.
Seagrove offers a bit of everything. There are two rare coastal dune lakes, Deer Lake State Park, and of course the white, white sand of the beach. Explore the State Park, paddle across Eastern Lake, or bike or stroll your way along the Timpoochee Trail.
